Hey Guy's

I'm struggling to find time to add to the website so I've added a section for people to add projects. As an incentive you can enter some adsense code and hopefully generate a bit of revenue for yourself. You can find a discussion about this on the forum here. Or you can find the place to submit your projects here....

Successful test of new motor controller!

Posted by ozirock on October 30, 2010 at 5:40 AM Comments comments (0)

We've had some success with a new design for the motor controller which is much simpler than the original. This design only uses an 8 channel ALLEGRO MICROSYSTEMS driver source, a few BD135 NPN Transistors and a few 125 ohm resistors.

To control each motor takes 2 channels of the driver source, two resistors and two transistors which means the final design will be a very simple build.

Unlike the original design, which had the PIC microcontroller ...

Hello All,

I decided to try and replace the forum as there was no notification of new posts and reply's to threads which made things very difficult. I was able to find a forum which integrates with Facebook so it should be very easy to keep up to date on new threads and posts.

You'll find the new forum here

Or alternatively on Facebook

A few electronic components for sale!

Posted by ozirock on August 21, 2010 at 7:49 AM Comments comments (0)

Hello All,

I'm heading back to uni soon so I taught it wouldn't be a terrible idea to try and sell a few components since I usually by them in bulk to save on the shipping.

I have quite a collection of resistors, leds, transistors and other small things like that so if your looking for some components it may be cheaper to get them through me and then you don't have to buy in bulk yourself thus making it cheaper.

The shipping cost is €...

New App on Webs

Posted by ozirock on August 18, 2010 at 3:53 PM Comments comments (0)

Hello All,

I've just added a new webs app which links us with a company called CafePress, we're able to design some t-shirts and that. Does anyone have any ideas for logos?

I'll try make as many as I'm allowed, not sure what the limit is, thanks for the help :)

You can see the few designs here.
